one-size-fits-all. Once network family wellness center has determined that we can help you and what kind of attention you will need, there are a number of options for you to choose from based on your personal needs. Once we evaluate your current state of health and you tell us your weight loss goals we will outline our best recommendations to help you achieve them. So what we always recommend is to perform your initial consultation and attended weight loss class and then we will review our findings with you and your payment options before we go any further. We promise there will never be fees billed for services until they are described to you based on what is found in your individual case.

innate philosophy to help you move to being healthier. By directing you to healthier choices we help you stack constructive survival values rather than that have promoted weight gain. These may include proper alkalinity, getting the proper raw materials in your body, getting toxins out of your system, promoting healthy hormonal production, reducing addiction to processed foods and chemical additives. This service is a separate service from our chiropractic care. People have been extremely successful losing on average a pound a day and taking their life back. replacement for each other. Chiropractic and massage have distinctly different objectives and results for your health people can choose to receive one service or the other, or both. As both are powerful healing arts we highly recommend people as often as possible duty services on different days so people can get the most out of their body processing the input. However this is not a requirement.

Do you have a massage membership plan?

Yes we have an outstanding membership program. You can select how many massage sessions you would like per month or per week and receive care at a reduced monthly fee. People enjoy the convenience of consistent massage. Additionally, there is no early termination penalty or contract. Simply access to outstanding massage on a regular basis to enhance your life experience.

Is a good workout or yoga the same as getting adjusted?

No. There is no substitute for chiropractic care. Exercise is an important part of good health, yet without normal spinal function a physical workout merely puts additional wear and tear on improperly functioning spinal joints. Exercise, as beneficial and important as it is, does not correct spinal subluxations. Neither does massage, good nutrition, cleansing, rolfing, yoga, pilates, etc.

What is the difference between a chiropractor and an osteopath?

Chiropractors base their care on the detection, correction, and prevention of spinal subtuxations (spinal misalignments) and enhancement of spinal and neural integrity. We use specific spinal adjustive forces to correct the spine, to improve nerve system function and reduce nerve interference-Osteopaths use drugs, surgery, and other traditional medical therapies and only occasionally use manipulative procedures as a target treatment for specific symptoms conditions and diseases.
