1 lb spinach

1 pint strawberries, sliced

Almonds, sliced

 

 

In a bowl, toss the spinach with the sliced strawberries.  Garnish by sprinkling sliced almonds on top.  Serve immediately with a light, heart-healthy dressing such as your favorite vinaigrette.
