When Tension Builds, Visit Us for Boulder Massage Therapy

Stress is present at some level in every person’s life. How we handle that stress can be very different from the person that sits next to us at work, or the barista that serves us our coffee each morning. If undesired tension is causing you pain and leaving you feeling restricted, visit Network Family Wellness Center and let our Boulder massage therapy ease the tension away. We focus on helping each patient make a mind-body connection that not only removes their physical pain, but aids in removing their emotional stress as well.

Our massage therapists are trained in a variety of disciplines, including Swedish massage, Shiatsu, and deep tissue massage. They’ll communicate and work with you on identifying the origin of your pain as well as the source of your emotional stress. By learning how to relax and deal with stress in a positive manner, you can begin to experience fewer physical effects. But when your shoulders or back tighten up following a busy week of work or school projects, we’ll be here to ease the pain from your body.

Our Boulder massage therapy never focuses solely on the body, but instead strives to bring the mind and body into harmony with one another. When you’re with us, your physical and emotional well-being are our top priorities, and anything we can do to improve those two things will be done. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to take on whatever life has to offer. Let us know today how we can help with the tension and stress in your life.
